YES BUT ALL RESPONSIBILITY (HANDLING, SHIPPING, CUSTOM CHARGES, RETURNS, ETC.) ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. TANGLES AND BEYOND WILL NOT REPLACE LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

ITEMS WILL SHIP SEQUENTIALLY AND WILL START ON THE SPECIFIED DATE LISTED PER DROP AND BE COMPLETELY SHIPPED BY THE DATE INDICATED ON ALL ADVERTISING VIA SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMAIL AND TEXT NOTIFICATIONS IF SUBSCRIBED.


ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BY USPS. USPS IS NOT REQUIRED TO ACQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UNLESS REQUESTED & PAID. USPS IS ALSO NOT REQUIRED TO RING YOUR DOORBELL OR KNOCK ON THE DOOR TO ALERT YOU THAT YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED.

TANGLES AND BEYOND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS USED IS COMPLETE & CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER USING THE WRONG ADDRESS, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE THE ADDRESS CHANGED. IF NOT, THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED BACK & THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPPING COSTS.

 DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR ITEMS, NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED. IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM IN YOUR ORDER, PLEASE SEND A PICTURE OF THE CONTENTS OF YOUR PACKAGE AND PACKING SLIP TO CUSTSERV@TANGLESANDBEYOND.COM. ONCE CONFIRMED, THE CORRECT ITEM WILL BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF THAT CONFIRMATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO VERIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE.  IF OUTSIDE THE 48 HOUR WINDOW, WE WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECTING THE ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVES DAMAGED, USPS WILL RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US. TANGLES & BEYOND ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR FILING THE CLAIM WITH USPS. YOUR ORDER WILL get BE REPACKAGED AND RESHIPPED j jiYOU WITHOUT a break  A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ONLY IF THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE. IF THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, WE WILL PROCESS AN IMMEDIATEji REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THAT ITEM. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS MAY TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED FOR NOT CLAIMING IT FROM USPS, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESHIPMENT. IF THE CUSTOMER ELECTS NOT TO HAVE THE ORDER RESHIPPED, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED MINUS A 20% RESTOCK FEE. 

MAY BE USED ON ANY FUTURE DROP.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DEEMED "DELIVERED" BUT CANNOT BE FOUND PLEASE CONTACT THE USPS TO LOCATE EXACTLY WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED. IF NOT FOUND BY THEM, THEY WILL OFFER THE OPTION OF PURSUING A CLAIM. PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM VIA USPS.COM. TANGLES AND BEYOND WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES LOST BY USPS UPON DELIVERY.
