Order & Return Policy

At Tangles & Beyond, each order is made fresh in the weeks following our drop days. Our products are handmade from scratch with care, patience, and detail. Because of this process, we ask that you allow us the time needed to craft your order to perfection.

Every item is created with love and intention — thank you for your patience while we prepare something special just for you.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your package for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email custserv@tanglesandbeyond.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the package back.


Order Accuracy

  • Wrong or missing item? If your order is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending a photo of your packing slip and contents to custserv@tanglesandbeyond.com. We will send the correct item within 2 business days after confirmation.

  • Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accommodated.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • USPS will return the package to us.

  • We will file the claim and either reship a replacement product (if available) or process an immediate refund for the damaged item.

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.


Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned because it was not claimed from USPS:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • If you choose not to reship, a store credit will be issued minus a 20% restock fee. This credit may be used toward any future drop.
