Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Managing Your Subscription Subscriptions are managed through your customer account portal. Log in at tanglesandbeyond.com and go to My Account > Subscriptions to view, modify, or cancel your active subscriptions.
How to Cancel You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel:
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Account > Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you'd like to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen prompts

Cancellation Timeline To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Your renewal date is displayed in your subscription dashboard.
Pausing Your Subscription Need a break? You can pause your subscription directly from your account dashboard without cancelling. This is a great option if you're traveling or stocked up.
After Cancellation Once cancelled, no further charges will be made. Orders already processed and shipped before cancellation are non-refundable. If a charge is processed within 48 hours of your cancellation request, please contact us within 7 days and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
